The Villa

This beautiful home is South West facing and has its own pool. Our villa is very spacious, and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The master bedroom has a large mirrored dresser TV and 2 nightstands with sliding doors leading onto the pool area. Next door you have a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, walk in shower, sunken bath, separate wc and large walk in wardrobe.From the master bedroom this leads into a lounge area with coffee table and sofa that converts to a bed.The second bedroom has a Queen bed, mirrored dresser nightstand and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, chest of drawers, nightstand and fitted wardrobe.

There is a main bathroom situated between bedroom 2 and 3. The lounge has 2 large sofa, coffee table cable TV, dvd and doors lead onto the pool area. The kitchen/breakfast bar is fitted with all new modern appliances, with a separate nook with table and chairs. There is an informal dining area which is separate to the kitchen. We have a utility room with a washer and dryer. The pool is south west facing, with covered lanai (with ceiling fans). We have provided patio furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. We have also supplied chairs and loungers and cool box for the beach and tennis rackets and balls for the courts.
