The villa is located in Lakeside in the community of Creekwood in Bradenton. Within the community and situated just 50 meters away is a beautiful lake that is teaming with wild life and birds. There is an excellent pool which is fenced off from the roads and backs on to the lake. There are also two floodlit tennis courts and also a playground area with a basket ball hoop.

When you come out of Creekwood there is a strip mall that will cater for your shopping requirements. There are also fast food outlets and restaurants available.
